PARÉIDOLIE, the Contemporary drawing fair in Marseille is back for its newest edition in the castle of Servières. In a newly designed scenography, this sixth edition organised under the presidency of Jean de Loisy, will have the theme of “emergence”. Fourteen French and European galleries, including an online gallery, will present the finest and newest work in contemporary drawing, highlighting a selection of up and coming artists. An artist and a curator will be given free-reign of the space devoted to videographic drawing. The partnerships with FRAC Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur and the Museums of Marseille have been awarded to two artists: Samuel Rousseau, selection of the Prix Marcel Duchamp 2011, at the Musée des Docks Romains and Nicolas Daubanes, Prix des Amis du Palais from Tokyo 2018, at the FRAC Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
